Dr. Frederick A. Wright, Sr., Senior Pastor
The Reverend Doctor Frederick A. Wright was born in Beckley, West Virginia, the son of Reverends Abner and Cornelia Wright, the United State's first female Presiding Elder in the A.M.E. Church. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree from the Baptist College at Charleston, South Carolina; the Master of Divinity Degree from the Interdenominational Theological Center Seminary in Atlanta, Georgia; and the Doctor of Divinity Degree from United Theological Seminary.
  
Rev. Wright, an Itinerant Elder in the African Methodist Episcopal Church, is a member of the Methodist Ministers Fellowship of Dayton, Ohio; former member of the East End Cooperative Ministries of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; former President of the Greater Pittsburgh AME Ministerial Alliance; former Conference Dean for the Pittsburgh AME Conference Ministers Institute; and former trustee board member of Turner Theological Seminary, Atlanta, Georgia.

While serving as a pastor in Pennsylvania, Rev. Wright was President of the East Liberty Development Company, Co-Chair of the Mayor's Commission on Family, and board member of Camp Fire and the United Way. While in Cleveland, he served as a member of the Planning Commission of the city, member of the University of Christian Movement for Colleges and Universities, and member of the YMCA. He was voted one of the Outstanding Young Men in America.
